My first-born has been having many "firsts" recently.
The most obvious change, in addition to that cell phone he's carrying around, are these handsome glasses that make him look so old. Somehow they just worked with him. Unlike many kids, he was thrilled to get them and eager to wear them to school to show his friends.
And somehow, through these lenses that allow him to see the clock in the kitchen (where we discovered the problem to begin with), I see just a glimpse of an older Alex.

Don't forget that he wrote his name on his hand - in ancient Greek!
And he wants to decorate his pinewood derby car with symbols representing greek gods! Oh, what a kid.
