"I never finished my never-ending staircase!"
I think that describes the last few weeks. We've been in "school year end" mode, with last soccer games and ice cream socials and cub scout pack meetings and parties and picnics. Will the end of the school year ever finish?
I suppose it will, because Friday (the official END of the end) will eventually come. In the meantime, we've been hanging on through this crazy ride and letting Alex savor and enjoy his last weeks as a second grader.
We will all be relieved when summer comes, and with it lighter schedules and long, sunny days.
