No spoiling here

Stefan decided yesterday that it was time for Jameson to start earning his keep. After all, he'll be two in but four short months.



Jameson's task was to organize the lower shelves of the pantry. As you can tell, he did a great job!




He has a fairly unique style... pulling everything off, banging it around a bit... even moving them around on the kitchen floor or to other areas of the house. But with Daddy's guidance, everything did manage to make it back into the closet.

Stefan and Jameson also did some sweeping while they cleaned the closet. Stefan has commented several times about how impressed he was with Jameson putting his dust pan and sweeper back where they belong (the first time he used them). He went back and pulled them out several more times--apparently he missed a few spots on the first time around--and then he needed a few reminders to put his tools away.

He also helps out by moving shoes around the house for us. ("suuu.... suuuu" he says, as he walks through the kitchen with someone else's shoes on...) It's so helpful, as you can imagine, to be running around the house getting ready for work, looking for the one pair of shoes that will complete your outfit, only to find it on the other side of the house.

We're still working on cleaning up toys, but then his brother has yet to master that skill!
