Ocracoke!

Hello!

We're having a blast at Ocracoke!





We have rented bikes and spend our days cruising around. The coffee shop, the slushie stand, the fish market, and the harbor are popular spots. Stefan has been cooking fish every night. I've never tasted such amazing fish.





We don't have internet at our house, so I snuck out to the coffee shop. We have come here the past two mornings, and will probably continue to. Great coffee, bagels, granola/yogurt, etc!

Alex is enrolled in a day-camp program that started today. It runs from 10-1:30. He loves the interaction with other kids while we appreciate the break. He's also working towards a "Junior Coastal Ranger" badge.

Jameson is very cranky today (fusses through his afternoon nap) but happily goes along with all our plans, whether it is biking around or simply playing on our screened in porch.

Must go before Stefan goes crazy with the boys!

By the way, it is my last day on active duty. Bye bye Air Force! It's been a great 8 years, 6 months, and two days (plus 4 years and 4 months of cadet time). Onward and upward...
